Who we are
This website is operated by Systems-OP, an IT company registered in the Republic of Armenia (“we”, “us”). Our contact details are on the Legal information page. You can write to us about this policy at info@systems-op.com.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, and what you choose to tell us: phone number, company, the subject of your enquiry and your message.
- Careers form: your name, email address, phone number if given, the area you are interested in, a link to a profile if given, your message and the CV you upload.
- Technical data: like every website, the server that hosts this site records requests in its logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to keep the site secure and working.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry, and to continue the conversation you started.
- To consider your application for current or future positions.
- To protect the website against spam and misuse.
We use form data because you asked us to respond, or applied to us. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
Where it is kept, and for how long
Form submissions are stored in this website’s database and delivered to our business mailbox. CVs are stored in a private folder that cannot be reached from the web. The website and mailbox are hosted by our service providers, whose servers may be outside Armenia.
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and applications for up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers who host this website and our email, so that they can provide those services. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw an application at any time. Write to info@systems-op.com. We reply within one month.
The processing of personal data in Armenia is governed by the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Protection of Personal Data. If you believe we have handled your data wrongly, you can also contact the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Republic of Armenia.
Changes
If we change how we use personal data, for example by adding a chat assistant to this site, we will update this page before the change takes effect.
