About Us
Systems-OP is an IT company in Yerevan, Armenia. We develop and operate the King-OP platform and provide IT and AI consultation and web development.
Who we are
Systems-OP is an information technology company founded by entrepreneurs, registered in the Republic of Armenia and based in Yerevan. Our work is software: we operate our own platform, King-OP, and we help businesses choose, set up and run the digital systems they depend on.
What we do
- King-OP platform. Our software platform for answering enquiries with AI agents, running email campaigns and measuring the results.
- IT & AI consultation. Advice on which systems and AI tools fit a business, and a plan to introduce them.
- Web development. Corporate websites built to current accessibility, security and search standards.
How we work
We build on established, well-supported services instead of reinventing them, and connect them into one system a business can run day to day. Every engagement starts with a written scope, so both sides know what will be delivered.
Clients keep ownership of their own data. Where we use third-party services, such as email delivery or messaging platforms, those services remain subject to their providers’ terms, and we say which ones are involved before work begins.
Where we are
Systems-OP is based in Yerevan and works in English. Our work is delivered online, so clients do not need to be in Armenia to work with us.
